Research program supports students with training workshops

There are programs all over UW-River Falls that are dedicated to helping students achieve academically. One group that has been here to help students with research projects or showcases is Undergraduate Research, Scholarly and Creative Activity (URSCA).

Being a college student isn't easy, and dealing with money is always a struggle for college students. However, there are many places around the UW-River Falls campus that has discounts for students with valid IDs.

UWRF students compete in 48-Hour Film Festival

Prospective filmmakers were given the chance to show their skills on March 6-8 when UW-River Falls hosted its annual 48-Hour Film Festival. The 48-Hour Film Festival was started in 2009 by a student as an independent study project.

Focus on U pushes forward despite lack of video equipment

There are many organizations on the campus of UW-River Falls, and all of these organizations attract different kinds of people. There are clubs for marketing communication majors, psychology majors, for people who are interested in astronomy, and then there's something called "Focus on U."
