Assault reported on UW-River Falls campus

A female community member was walking along the south side of Cascade Avenue by the Kleinpell Fine Arts building when a group of five to seven white males approached and assaulted her at approximately 11:45 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 12, according to Thomas Peterson, assistant director of Student Rights and Responsibilities.

The victim was restrained by two men and a third male exposed himself. The victim kicked at the men at which point they released her and fled on foot northbound across Cascade Avenue towards Main Street. The two males who restrained the victim are described as having brown hair. The third male is described as having short blond hair, blond facial stubble and green eyes.
