Communication Studies and Theatre Arts Professor Dies

Barbara Lynn Werner, a professor in UW-River Falls' Department of Communication Studies and Theatre Arts (CSTA) died Feb. 2, 2013, at the Christian Community Home in Hudson. She was 59. She joined the faculty of UWRF in 1994 and until the time of her death was a professor.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Please send any condolences to the Department of Communication Studies and Theatre Arts where they will be collected and given to the family.

During her time at UWRF Werner served as chair of the CSTA department, chair of the women's studies department and chair of Faculty Senate.
