New Financial Trading Room features expensive Bloomberg software

The Glenn Potts Financial Trading Room was created and implemented on the second floor of South Hall last November. Now, students and faculty have the ability to use the Financial Trading Room for educational or recreational purposes.

New Sales Lab provides students with authentic sales atmosphere

The Center for Sales Excellence Laboratory is known by most as the Sales Lab, which facilitates role-playing exercises and mock sales calls in order to assist UWRF professional sales students in fine-tuning their personal selling skills. The Sales Lab has a recording device that tapes all mock sales calls and role-playing exercises.

UWRF men’s track takes first place at home meet

The UW-River Falls men’s and women’s track and field team hosted its only outdoor meet of the 2014 season, and the men took first place by outrunning, out-throwing and outjumping the other five teams in the competition.
