Student Senate to vote on segregated fee increases for next academic year

It is late winter and a great melt is just around the corner that will signify the beginning of spring, but before we can get there, we have to get through budget season! Student Senate spent several hours of last week reviewing and listening to the presentations of advisory committees on their budget proposals for next year.

Senate continues to fill open positions

This week the UW-River Falls Student Senate continued to fill open senator positions by bringing Madeline Pingry onto Senate as the Greek Representative.

Senate faces busy week

The UW-River Falls Student Senate held an election last week that was riddled with technical issues. Qualtrics, the web-based tool used for last week’s elections, dropped the ball by giving some students the ability to vote twice, some not able to access the voting system and some students did not get the email at all.
