Women’s lacrosse returns home, wins 3 straight
UW-River Falls Women’s Lacrosse returned to Ramer Field on March 20, hosting their first home game of the season. Following their 15-2 regular season last year, the Falcons opened their 2023 campaign 1-3 before returning to the nest for three straight home matchups.

Falcons lose to Titans 70-79
The UW-River Falls men's basketball team hosted the UW-Oshkosh Titans in a late-season conference matchup on February 4. The Titans came in on a seven-game win streak and holding the number one seed in the WIAC, while the sixth-seed Falcons were looking to get back to .500 on the season.

Falcons hockey defeat Gusties in overtime thriller
The UW-River Falls women's hockey team hosted the Gustavus Adolphus Golden Gusties on Jan. 31 in a battle for supremacy over the league. The Falcons, riding a ten-game win streak, had outscored their opponents 66-7 since Dec. 10. The league took notice, and on Jan. 30, River Falls was decisively ranked #1 in the USCHO Division III Women's Poll and officially became the team to catch.

The UW-River Falls men’s basketball team hosted UW-Whitewater in their third straight home game on December 3. The Falcons came in at 3-3, eager to get back into the conference race against their visiting rival, the 4-3 Warhawks.

The UW-River Falls men’s basketball team hosted Finlandia University in its Nov. 23 home opener at Don Page Arena. The 2-2 Falcons looked to get above .500 in front of their home crowd.
