UWRF boxed pork sale to be held April 27-30

The 2015 UW-River Falls boxed pork sale will be held at 3:30-5:30 p.m. on April 27-30, in 150 Ag Sci, and this year's sale features Berkshire pork, famous for the perfect combination of juiciness, flavor and tenderness.
To pre-order, contact the department of animal and food Science by emailing anfdsci@uwrf.edu or by calling 425-3704, or just simply come in during the sale for purchase.
Only 80 boxes of pork will be available so be sure to come early if you don't pre-order. Prices are $119 for one box and $224 for two boxes. Please pay with cash, check or money order at pick-up. The UWRF Meat Animal Evaluation Team thanks the campus and community for support.
